Stayed here for one night with two work colleagues when we had to do some removal work at one of our company sites. Nice and clean hotel with meals served by beefeater virtually next door.
Good location. Quiet, rural with plenty to do in the vicinity. Recommend the breakfast
Couldn't of been better. The room was spotless the food was more than ok and the location was beautiful.
Beds were comfortable, rooms clean but need touch ups, lots of parking and friendly staff. Excellent water front view. Beers good price, but found the food upper prices, that my allowance couldn't cover the decent mains (20 notes doesn't go far nowadays/not pubs issue) Food that came out to tables looked amazing. Great barstaff in the eve and again great in the morning for freshly cooked breakfast, rather than heat lamp drier food you find in other premier inns. Would definitely stay here again and I imagine in the summer, you would struggle to get a room. Well done
Standard Premier inn but a bit tired and not as clean as it could have been dusty stained carpets. Only had 1 towel in room booked for 2 people noticed people at reception asking for towels
Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Thanks to the chef James who worked very hard nonstop to make sure we enjoy breakfast with minimum wait time.
Stopped here as base for business trip, lovely location especially in the sunshine. Had a pint in the Beefeater beer garden next door, lovely spot by the river. Hotel staff very friendly, room was clean - only issue was the poor wifi but I had a heads up from the note on website so was expected. Would stay again
We stayed here for a family event in Maidstone last weekend. Although the hotel is tired the room was clean. Reception staff were polite and friendly. Special mention for the restaurant staff - particularly the manager David, our Friday evening server (Carol? ) and Sharon on Saturday evening. They were all very helpful, cheerful and understanding.
